I agree to the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 24 of the Terms, and I understand I may opt out within 30 days as described there.

I understand SLDocs is in a pre-launch beta. My plan is free for one year — including any recurring add-ons I turn on — and pay-per-use services such as document faxing are billed normally. SLDocs will not automatically charge me or auto-renew: at the end of the year my account pauses, and I can choose to continue at standard pricing. My documents are encrypted and securely backed up, and SLDocs does not anticipate that any change made during the beta will cause my documents to be lost or require me to re-upload them.

I agree that during the beta period SLDocs may use a third-party analytics tool to record how I navigate and interact with the site so the team can improve the service. This session tracking applies only to the beta: the tool will be removed when the beta ends, and my sessions will no longer be tracked after that point.
