From our practice

A few years ago, a woman called our firm. Her father had died. She knew he'd signed a will somewhere in our city — but she had no copy, no firm name, no idea where it was kept. So she called firms one at a time: did you prepare my father's will? We had no record of him. Months later, she called again. And again after that. Eventually we pulled a list of nearby firms and suggested she try those. We never learned whether she found it.

A lifetime of planning — and the will might as well not have existed, because no one knew where it was.

That's the problem SLDocs exists to solve.

Why SLDocs

Most wills are found too late — in a drawer no one knew to open.

When the moment comes, your executor signs in, proves who they are, and downloads the will, the trust, and the healthcare directive — encrypted, access-logged, exactly where you left them. No filing cabinet. No 11pm call to a firm that closed at five.
